Carly started in the restaurant industry at the ripe old age of 16 as a hostess for a corporate restaurant chain. From there, she worked for the chain for 8 years learning every position for FOH and BOH. During college summers while obtaining her degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management at the University of South Carolina, she would travel with the chain to open new locations. She also obtained her ServSafe Certificate. After graduating college, Carly moved to Los Angeles and began working for a third party facility maintenance management company. Her expertise in the restaurant field made her key in the involvement in the restaurant operations for the client. Carly understands the sense of urgency, health department codes, and what it takes to have an overall great customer experience all while not disrupting the operations and what goes on behind the scenes. Carly enjoys watching the Gamecocks, the beach, and spending time with her dog, family, and friends!
